A huge thank you to Nawaf and Dina at reception for their outstanding service. I’ve read so many positive reviews about Dina, and I completely agree—her attitude, professionalism, and amazing energy truly make every guest’s experience special and memorable. Breakfast was fantastic! Mr. Nasr Aldin greeted guests every morning with a smile, and Chef Ahmed ensured the food was perfect. The restaurant team consistently delivers an impressive experience. A special mention to Mohamed and the housekeeping team for their quick and efficient work—the rooms are always spotless! Room service was excellent too—fast, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible staff who go above and beyond for all their guests!

The Hotel is a newly built, well furnished, with large rooms and very nice washrooms. The receptionist who checked us in was great, the security staff, the bell boy and housekeeping staff were excellent. The coffee shop counter staff was great.

Nice big room. Good breakfast. Nice staff, maybe even a bit over the top.

Everything, Reception specially Nouf she was perfect and professional and gave extra care to us, rooms are top clean , room service team were available and helpful, breakfast was amazing , the most good thing that as soon as I arrived I received the rooms and I received WhatsApp message from Mr Abdulrahman Shaheen the hotel manager welcomes us and checks if everything is OK and dud his best to make our stay most joyful and comfortable Big thanks

Comfortable, Enjoyable, Safe, Clean, Delicious, Friendly, Professional.A really great hotel, very kind and professional employees.Room was very clean and staff and management was very supportive.
